Preheat oven to 205°C and grease a pan for 12 muffins. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Combine egg, milk and oil in a small bowl. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until blended. Gently add the blueberries and the Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries. Fill the muffin cups up to 2/3 with the mix. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on the muffins.
